Bay Area Houston Ballet & Theatre is pleased to invite your group to attend its annual production of Tchaikovsky’s THE NUTCRACKER. This enchanting ballet provides an opportunity forgroups from public and private schools, home schools,, active adults, and senior citizens to experience THE NUTCRACKER at a reduced rate.

 

Performances will be held in the Bayou Theater at the University of Houston – Clear Lake. The schedule of performances for school and homeschool groups is as follows:

 

• Thursday, December 2, 2021 (9:30 and 11:30 AM)

• Friday, December 3, 2021 (9:30 and 11:30 AM)

• Friday, December 10, 2021 (9:30 and 11:30 AM)

 

All performances are approximately 1 hour and 50 minutes, including a very brief intermission.

 

School Performance Ticket Pricing for 2021:

 

Groups of 10 people or more: $10 each

Groups of less than 10 people: $12.50 each

Additional tickets purchased after the initial reservation: $12.50 each

 

To reserve your seats, send a request to the BAHBT School Performance Coordinators at schoolperformances@bahbt.org. Include the following information in your email request:

4. Name, email, and telephone number of a contact person (required)

   8. List special requirements (e.g., number of wheel chair, accessible seats, hearing/visually impaired)

 

Please be sure to include all students, chaperones, teachers, parents, bus drivers, and additional siblings in the number you request for reservations.

 

Seating is limited, and these special weekday performances sell out quickly! Public school groups will be given priority for the 9:30 AM performances.

 

Reservations are “Finalized” when payment has been made. A confirmation packet with payment instructions will be emailed to you following your reservation. Reservations for THE NUTCRACKER must be paid in full by the date listed on the email. 

 

Reservations made before October 1, 2021 will be held for 30 days. If payment is not received within 30 days, the seats will be released unless arrangements are made with BAHBT’s School Performance Coordinators.

Reservations made after October 1, 2021 will be held for 14 days. If payment is not received within 14 days, the seats will be released unless arrangements are made with BAHBT’s School Performance Coordinators.

 

Please remember as with typical theater reservations, there are NO REFUNDS for cancelled seats.
